Part 1: File Organization

Arranging files to enable the categorization of learning content in the subfolders can help improve efficiency because it is very easy to locate the right file (Microsoft, 2021). The assessment is designed to determine the organization of documents and, additionally, learn the use of digital applications.

Short Summary

The organization’s efficiency was very favorable because it assisted in arranging files based on their folder names. Currently, it is possible to get the files easily because one mixed folder adds confusion when the files inside are alike (Microsoft, 2021). It would be necessary to always open the files Indesign to check which one has the policies content or Tutorial. Therefore, organizing files within the appropriate folder made the retrieval of each file more precise and convenient. In the future, it will help save time because organizing files becomes very difficult at most times. It also became easy to delete unnecessary files because the files were organized and there was no need to go around sorting the downloaded files (Microsoft, 2021).

Part 2: Digital Tools Organization

The two digital tools that are selected for the present framework are the PowerPoint from Office 365 and the Calm application for practicing meditation, mindfulness, coping skills, and stress reduction. 

Choice of a Digital Tool and Behavioral App

For digital tools in which opportunities for presentation-making can be found, I have chosen PowerPoint. It is in Office 365 which serves as an online office suite for a digital agency common in learning institutions and working places (Marion & Fixon, 2021). All students within the educational sector are aware of an educational tool since it is rather simple to navigate through and also interesting. I have chosen this tool because it provides users with very efficient and engaging tools with which to create slideshow presentations that further improve the comprehension of the intended audience (Marion & Fixon, 2021). 

Calm application is the best choice of behavioral app that is extremely useful in relieving anxiety and improving sleep and self-regulation of emotions. With regards to the mindfulness practice the Calm application offers e-mail notifications, training in mental well-being programs, and sessions for a healthy mind (Tee-Melegrito, 2022). Video and audio casts of guided meditations are integrated into the application. Based on this reflection, I have chosen the digital application because the outstanding music and beautiful scenery are good for people’s mental welfare. The application has over 4 million active users and a high rating on the Google Play Store  (Tee-Melegrito, 2022). Finding time to attend such classes within everyone’s daily busy schedule may not be very feasible at times. Therefore, using the gadgets’ digital behavioral applications, the users are enabled in guided meditation. It is an easy-to-use application that can be operated easily (Tee-Melegrito, 2022).

For the Calm application, the user manual is used whereby the users can be able to study the services of the behavioral application. In addition, there is also a tutorial showing how to use the application and navigation instructions of the interface.

For PowerPoint, one has a user manual for the use of the tool. Also, the linking of the tutorial is done so that the students can get an initial view of how to use the digital tools.

Credibility and Relevance of Chosen Tools or Apps

The selected tutorials and user guide manual are more credible since they are effective and informative regarding tract about how to use calm applications and PowerPoint. According to Yang et al. (2020), the credibility of the source as a result depends on the ability of the source to answer the users’ questions accurately. Also, the trained digital tools will apply the shared authorities because users will find important use while learning with the tools. Where, on CDC, there is the PowerPoint user guide. CDC is a preferable source of information because it is a governmental body providing accurate and reliable information.

Use of a Digital Tool and Behavioral App

Covering the technological resources and skills, mindfulness practice will improve my abilities to perform and thrive in the stressful and highly competitive conditions of the workplace. For instance, I will spend one hour a day using the Calm app. I will attend several sessions that can improve the well-being of the emotional self of the person. I believe that I should be able to achieve 50% effectiveness once I use the behavioral app (Schubert & Williams, 2021).

Employing PowerPoint digital tools will make it possible for me to create highly engaging and detailed presentations at the workplace(Shanmugam et al., 2020). By doing PowerPoint shows, I am most capable of narrating various meeting agendas. This will improve the audience’s attention due to the visual prompts present It will also expand interaction with the audience in much better ways that I have not been able to do before. Also, it will give me very high confidence to engage in the appropriate use of digital tools since the workplace demands efficiency in the use of digital tools. 

COM FPX 1150 Assessment 4 Conclusion

Therefore the use of digital tools and applications aimed at shaping behavior will increase efficiency. Calm application can be described widely as a way of improving one’s emotional and mental state. This is interactive and easy to use by the users (Villalobos et al., 2020). They noted that PowerPoint can enrich the presence of a speaker before an audience. Moreover, splitting files into subdirectories is quite helpful to quickly find the necessary documents, it is highly effective.
